“I recently got this PC but when I connect everything together there is no signal on the monitor, I have used both a DVI and HDMI and I even changed monitors and I still get no signal. I checked to see if everything is connected but everything is fine.”

Just saying, isn’t that an internet problem? I mean if he monitor turns on then...
