Can this run r6 on ultra at least 60 fps null

I haven't played r6 on this pc but it runs most aaa titles at high settings with good fps so it most likely will.

If you are referring to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege... Then no. This game is not recommended to be run on Ultra using this PC as it most likely won't top 30 fps. But, it can be run on Minimum.
