“1) When I want reset factory setting for PC . Can PC reset factory setting without window installation DVD disc. ? 2) for the future upgrade what's ram , SSD, CPU I can upgrade ? GTX 1060 or 1070 with triple fans. I know I need new power supply.”

You can perform a soft reformat with out the disk. Computer may be equipped with a 500w power supply. All our computers are able to be upgraded during its life time.
