“can the processor be upgraded? can the graphics card also be swapped later in the future for a higher one? since the rams are ddr3, can they swapped for ddr4 or ddr5? with all these upgrades, would it affect the functionality of the pc?”

Swapping things out like that might be a good idea but if the motherboard can't handle it you'll have nothing but heartache so make sure your motherboard can handle it before you do any switching out of graphics cards or anything of that nature.
