• I'm not sure if it can but I can tell you what I have running on a daily basis. I'll have Gimp(Graphics Design program), Microsoft Word, Discord, Twitch, and World of Warcraft running at all times. During 40man raids I'm running between 60-70fps for trash mobs, and 30-40fps for boss fights. And all my settings are in Ultra High or High. I hope this helps answer your question even though I couldn't answer it for the specific games you're asking about.
