I bought the computer yesterday (10/25/17) and I experienced the same issue while setting it up because I was plugging in the HDMI cable to the HDMI ports located at the top area on the rear of the pc. Then, I connected the HDMI cable to the port located at the bottom area on the rear of the pc (The HDMI ports built in the graphics card) and it worked just fine. Look forward to hear if this quick solution worked for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You were plugging into the upper part of the pc , in the motherboard. You have to plug into the lower part(GPU)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not sure what is wrong. I connected my HDMI cable to the graphics card (The only HDMI slot on this computer) without any issues. Try a different cable.
