• If your asking if the keys in the keyboard have RGBs then no it doesn't, but the logo does light up when powered.

• It has a VGA Port but not if you are only using one screen. Your first screen needs to be HDMI or DVI. The keyboard itself doesn't glow but it does have two lights. If you really want a glow keyboard, buy a different one, but I wouldn't recommend that because it comes with a great keyboard.
