• Skyrim absolutely, and it will look awesome. As for Seige, it depends on your internet, although the internet system in this device should be able to keep you connected well enough even at less than average internet speeds.

• I do not know about Skyrim or Rainbow6 seige, but I tried to run League of Legends on the highest settings and my FPS was like 10... I set it to the low settings and my FPS was like 40 but would drop to 10 and back up to 40 most of the time. It was pretty laggy.
