Is this a i7 processer if not what is it? null

This computer has a AMD FX 6300 processor. Which is more of a mid grade processor. It will never be as fast as an i7, but has better multi tasking abilities.

This computer has a AMD FX 6300 processor. I do not believe it is an i7. It seems like it may be a six core processor.

It is an AMD FX-6300. You're looking at paying several hundred more for an Intel i7 series CPU.
