- Answer Streaming games depends on the requirements for that game, but because this processor is pretty high-end for AMD, you should have no problem with it. There should be no problem supporting headsets and mouse/keyboard, as most are pretty standard nowdays. As for the monitors, I think it has 3 ports, so up to 3.

- Answer Yes it will, the streaming may be a bit tricky for some games, you might have to turn down some video settings but mostly, yes.

- Answer With the fans and location of fans on this machine, you should have no issues with standing this machine up. That is how I have mine and it runs great.
