QuestionI got this PC, and so far it's great, but when I was cycling through the colors in the case I held it and it started pulsing, it looks awesome, but can I change it back to normal somehow?

- Answer Yes. Holding down the button gives it various changes in the LED lights. Just hold it down for a couple of seconds and I should go to either pulsing between different colors, or just stay on one color all together.

Questioni've read some reviews about the computer coming with the wrong motherboard or a defective graphics card, is this still happening or have you improved your quality control? furthermore can I use this with 3 or more monitors ?

- Answer The graphics card in the PC should have no problem running the game, but you may run into problems with the CPU. EVE ONLINE being a giant MMO, it will be very CPU intensive. I'd recommend a 6th or 7th generation i5 or i7 CPU.

- Answer There are 4 ports next to each other, only 1 was open on mine, the others were covered with gray plastic covers. It's the smallest one, take off the gray plastic cover and there it is.

QuestionWhen I received the box it came with everything but there's one problem the computer doesnt have a dvd drive. And the contents in the box contained three DVD's. so what do I do with them if my computer doesnt have an internal disk drive?

- Answer Unfortunately you will need to purchase an external DVD/CD drive. They're pretty cheap, I got one on best-buy for about $20 with the purchase of a computer.

QuestionMade sure everything was plugged in correctly and still all I see is the led lights and green light on the motherboard. I have no signal to my monitor. I've noticed all fans work except the graphics card? Is that fan supposed to move on boot up?

- Answer Yes it is supposed to move on boot up. Did you check to make sure the power was plugged in to the video card when you took the foam out. If it is plugged in then you may have a bad video card which does happen sometimes.
