• No, I would not recommend it for Rocket League or GTA V. Rocket League Benchmark (1440p at Low): Average FPS: 30 Highest FPS: 43 Low FPS: 13 GTA V Benchmark (1080p at Low) Average FPS: 25 Highest FPS: 45 Low FPS: 8

• Yes it can but run both of those games but if you want better performance I would suggest getting a GTX 1050ti or at 1060 to really Max out the performance for those games.
