- Answer When Jackining in to either top ports you MUST not ignor pesky Windows 10 security set up EACH time you use them otherwise they will be ignored by SYSTEM; to protect from malware, etc.

- Answer Cyber power might, but buying from Best Buy gives you the Geek Squad for all your computer needs and id much rather have Geek Squad than having to send it back to Cyber Power if you'd ever need anything. I purchased my Cyber Power PC from Best Buy and get an Email from Geek Squad every other week asking if I have any problems with my computer

- Answer This motherboard supports AND processors and pci-express type graphics cards. Unless you are running very high end graphics this system runs fine stock.

QuestionWhat is the big thick cable for included in the box? I can't find a place to put it inside the pc and I can't see anything when I hook it up to my tv. Hope you all can help me out!

- Answer The only thick cable that should have come with the system is the power cable that plugs into the bottem of the back of the pc.

QuestionJust got this. I'm trying to connect it to my monitor with a VGA cable and it won't work. I've got the CyberPowerPC up and running with the mouse and keyboard but it just isn't coming up on the monitor. Am I doing something wrong?

- Answer Please make sure you are connecting directly to the AMD Radeon RX 460 graphics card's ports below the audio ports on the back. Please also note that the AMD graphics card does not have a VGA port and will require either a DVI, HDMI or Display Port cable to be used. - Answer The PC 3.5mm audio jacks will support headphones that use a standard 3.5mm stereo 3 conductor male audio jack. Note 3.5mm 4 conductor male audio plugs that have a built in microphone and buttons for your phone will not work correctly and will require an adapter to be used if you want to use the mic and listen to audio using that type of headset. - Answer Amd processors, pci-express graphics cards, any power supply with the same dimensions, any hard drive, yes you can add solid state. It's cheaper to buy a new or upgraded system rather then upgrading this one. It is fine as is unless you are running very high end graphics.

QuestionHow well can this game run overwatch at medium settings. Also how well is it good at multitasking.

- Answer I play Overwatch and run it at high setting. I have had no issue with it. As for multitasking i also have ran into no issues. I have also played WOW in ultra and no issues.Now i do have to turn my sound up more than my previous HP computer but it's not a huge issue. Hope that helps.

QuestionI was told that i would be able to run up to three monitors but this isn't true. If there is a way to have three monitors please tell me. It was one of the main reasons that I bought this computer other than gaming.

- Answer This computer can support up to 5 displays with DisplayPort MST hub. With out the hub it can only support one monitor for each physical port on the video card.
