Thanks for reaching out 272brodyb. You can upgrade any component inside the PC whenever you want. Just be aware if compatibility and warranty of your PC. As for Rainbow Six Siege, it should be able to run it at 60 FPS, however, you may need to tweak your settings to medium and high so you don't have a drop in performance.
