If your looking to play all of the games mentioned. Absolutely yes. Plays just as good as if your playing them on the xbox360 or PS4. No lag.

I use this on streams and broadcasting and there's lag only a bit when using tnt. Otherwise, there's a smooth 350FPS with 10,000+ players on a server. Even in factions this machine never lags. So this here is a bargain for the price.
