“We bought this PC for our 17 year old son for Xmas. He uses it for gaming. Just 2 weeks in he already asked to order a new fan for the CPU as he stated it was running really hot. We were upset because this PC comes with several fans????”

He did reach out to Cyber PC support as we instructed him to do right away. He called on 1/14/21 and he was told the fans and running hot was not a warranty issue and that he would have to purchase a better fan on his own???????
