“I bought this for my son. He has already used up the 240Gb of storage and it says he does not have any room left for more games. It comes with 1 Terabyte HDD storage. How do we access this in order for him to download more games? Thanks”

Be sure to select the 1TB drive when it asks for the install destination during the install process. That works great! If you leave it as default, that will always be the primary drive. Some games will give you the choice of default or custom installation at the beginning of the install process. Be sure to choose custom, but only change the install destination.
