It is. I dropped two sticks of RGB ram in mine before I even turned it on for the first time. All the parts are off-the-shelf parts and are easy to replace/upgrade. Mine came shipped with the below parts/accessories. Case: CyberPower PC branded case with tempered glass front and left side panels. Case Fans: CyberPowerPC branded (DF1202512SEMN) 120mm RGB fan x3. Controlled via Apevia RF remote. Motherboard: ASRock B460M Pro4S/ac Power Supply: EVGA 600 GD 80 Plus Gold Processor: Intel Core i5-10600KF 4.10GHz RAM: ADATA XPG 8Gb DDR4 3,000MHz (AX4U300038G16-BWZ) x1 SSD: WD Green 240Gb (WDC WDS240G2G0A-00JH30) HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 7200RPM HDD (ST1000DM010-2EP102) GPU: MSI GeForce GTX1660 Super 6Gb Mouse: CyberPowerPC Branded RGB Mouse (no controller software) Keyboard: CyberPowerPC branded membrane keyboard with white backlighting (non-RGB).

Pretty much. Ram,Graphics card, hard drives, etc.
