It is. I dropped two sticks of RGB ram in mine before I even turned it on for the first time. All the parts are off-the-shelf parts and are easy to replace/upgrade. Mine came shipped with the below parts/accessories. Case: CyberPower PC branded case with tempered glass front and left side panels. Case Fans: CyberPowerPC branded (DF1202512SEMN) 120mm RGB fan x3. Controlled via Apevia RF remote.
