“What motherboards in this and would I be able to instal a water cooled aio?”

This model comes with a ASRock B560M-C. Although, the motherboard may vary depending on when the PC was manufactured. I'm pretty sure you could add a water cooler but I don't think it's necessary as the case temperature stays very cool inside.
