“Anyone else having Wi-Fi connection issues? All other electronics in the house do not have problems connecting to our Wi-Fi. This one is having connection issues intermittently. I have googled how to rectify the problem, but it does not work.”

Check Wi-Fi antennas for any damage or bad installation. Shouldn't have an issue with the Wi-Fi.
