It does seem to come with good fans and it run quite. It is easy to acess the inside and from there everything else is front & center

Please try again later.You can definitely change out the fans very easy(I did) I also change the cooler master it came with an the gpu does pass 65c on games I’m running at maxed setting but in short your going to want to change the cooler an maybe the fans but the fans that come with are fine
