Can this pc storage be upgraded null

As far as I can tell yes,but I only have nvme ssds so cant confirm.its a b760 so look it up and it should tell you.

Has a slot to add another m2 stick on the motherboard. A dual 3.5 case below to add 4x 2.5 SSD or 2x 3.5 HDs.

yes, you will need a sata cable though. It does not come with any extra.
