“So I got a HDMI splitter but when I plug it in and plug it into both monitors it only show a duplicate and doesn't detect my other one. So do I need to get a display port to HDMI so i can use 2 monitors for different thing?”

Thank you for reaching out to us LO. In order to connect multiple monitors to your system, you will need to use a different display port for on your graphics card for each individual monitor.
