- Answer you can overclock it up to 3,000. Go to system bios and change the ram speed. There an option that maximizes the speed of the ram to 3,000 mhz

QuestionWe bought this computer in October 2021, all of a sudden last week April 2022 when he plays any games his screen goes black and he can't play games. This computer was bought for the purpose of gaming. He can't cause of blank/black screen

QuestionThe glass side panel for this PC completely exploded when I was removing it to install a new sound card. How do I get a replacement panel? I have tried calling the customer support line but was on hold for over 90 minutes.

QuestionI’ve had this PC for about 8 months but in the third month, the cooling fans’ lights all shut off. At first, the lights started glitching by changing to colors they weren’t supposed to but later turned off all together. I don’t want to return it. Fix?
