Most likely have to increase the swap memory, I had the same problem, and this fixed it right away. THIS IS A WIN10 ISSUE NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE. (WIN10 defaults to 256MB swap memory per HDD... which is okay for a tablet....) Anyhow, here's a youtube link for the fix. I watched it and had my pc up and running a few mins later.
