Q: QuestionHello. I bought this pc not too long along ago & it works great, but there's a problem. I noticed that my USB 3.0 inputs & Headphone Jacks on the TOP/FRONT of my pc aren't working. Is there anyway to activate them, or is it not fixable?

• A:Answer No, I've had no problems with the audio jacks and USB ports. Unless you've banged the top of the case with a hammer it was probably a manufacture problem. And there is audio jacks and USB 3.0s on the back panel. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Yes, totally normal PC, I doubt I will ever use it for VR. And it runs alot of modern games flawlessly - I would definitely add a second 8gb ram chip though, it vastly improves the builds performance.

Q: QuestionDoes the 600w psu have a 8 pin connector? Without a 8pin I wouldn't be able to upgrade to a 1070 GTX or 1080 GTX video card in the future without swapping out the PSU.

• A:Answer I would definitely upgrade the PSU if you upgrade the GPU at all. For what youre investing into the GPU, spending $100 or less on a gold to platinum rated EVGA is WELL worth it. 80+ is not what I would recommend for this level of build.

• A:Answer It has a DVI and HDMI port. HDMI is simple, but if using VR you'll need that open for Headset. DVI port is 24+1 Male you do not want DVI 24 +5 (will not fit) You'll need whatever your Monitor has (VGA,HDMI,DVI) to either HDMI or DVI 24+1 male.

• A:Answer It came with 1 8gb chip, 3 more slots open.. so yes you can add one to get to 16. I would use like chip stat wise to maximize on performance. The system tops out a 64gb (so 4x16gb chips) pretty sweet.
