“How loud are the fans? When I'm running like siege or pubg, how loud is the actually dekstop and also can it overclock safely? And will it also make a lot of noise when overclocked?”

The fans installed in to the PC are not stealth/silent fans. They will produce the same amount of nose as any other case fan. Overclocking is always a risk and there is always a chance to fly the components when doing so. If you plan to overclock the fans will work harder to help keep the CPU cool as it will run hotter than stock speeds. You may want to replace the CPU cooler if you plan to overclock.
