The liquid cooler is a seal unit/closed loop liquid cooler and cannot be refilled. Typically these will last from 2-5 years otherwise are considered as maintenance free. Our pre-configured CyberpowerPC Desktops will include only the components as shown and cannot be change or substituted with any other hardware otherwise the included accessories are that will be included will be the keyboard, mouse, Windows & Driver Disc(s), power cord, motherboard manual and a CyberpowerPC Quick Start Guide.
