Thanks for reaching out. Please make sure that your HDMI cable is connected to your video card or horizontal panel on the back of the PC. If you do swap the cables around, please restart your PC. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are 2 HDMI ports on the back of the PC. make sure it is connected into the bottom one, this is where the HDMI hardware is. HDMI should be visible through the side panel. Hope this helps
