“Would this be good for gaming in 2019 for games like fortnite,apex legends,gta5 etc would this also be good for making gaming videos with an elgato also if i want to upgrade some things what do you recommend getting??”

Thanks for reaching out Junior. This PC should be able to handle Fortnite, Apex Legends, and GTA V, however, your settings and connection may affect performance. If you want to record/stream, you would preferably want a more powerful CPU and GPU.
