Thank you for reaching out to us.There should be 1 or 2 screws holding the graphics card to the case. Proceed by removing the screws. Next you will need to push on the release mechanism on the end of the PCIE slot and pull out the graphics card. Some graphics card will have power cables connect so please be sure to disconnect them before removing the card.
