Thats probably because it's not black friday yet. The pc is currently for sale at regular price but the ad shows it as cheaper since the price will drop on black friday.

The way to get the Black Friday price is to go directly to the Best Buy Black Friday Ad (NOT just to Black Friday deals, it shows up for $600 there). You should see it listed for $479.99 with an Add to Cart button; it's under the PC Gaming section. Do not add it to your cart if it's $599.99; the discount is NOT applied at checkout. You have to find the listing with this item for $479.99 on the page in the Ad section.
