“This is horrible. Let me start by asking why I’ve only had this computer for a couple weeks and it’s already freezing up? I’m done talking to all of your customer support agents I’ve been hung up on twice and I mean this is ridiculous. Some help please.”

Same problem here - went through 2 of them - just return the machine is my suggestion / RMA / Warranty.
