“How do you update the Biso To the 1.4 version? I downloaded the zip file from Cyberpower, put it on a usb(correct format) and when i hit F2 and get to the Flash update it doesn't recognize anything.”

Nevermind I figured it out. Had to leave the thumb-drive in the usb before powering down. Simple thing but for not being computer savvy I didn't know this. Hope it helps others.
