QuestionHow do you change the colors of the keyboard, mouse, and PC itself? There doesn't seem to be any software I can download, and there doesn't seem to be any buttons to change anything.

- Answer Thank you for reaching out to us Arkveveen. You should be able to change the color of the RGB lighting by using the preinstalled motherboards software for your PC. You should also be able to change the color of the mouse by pressing the button on the mouse below the scroll wheel. Unfortunately the keyboard included with this system is non RGB and the color of the lighting cannot be changed. QuestionI'm new to photo editing (Adobe lightroom). A friend suggested a gaming computer. I don't game or have heavy computer needs, just photo editing, bills, email, pic folders. Is this best for me or the GMA4200BST, Or do you have a better product suggestion?

- Answer Cyberpower Pic's answer was really bad. They should have been upfront with you and told you that a gaming system is overkill. For your needs, you could easily use an inexpensive Chrome laptop with an Office 365 subscription or just use Google's free apps.

- Answer there is a USB-C at the back (on the I/O panel). the top USB only have USB3.0.

Question16 gig DDR4 RAM, at 3000, 2 sticks of 8 meg stock. I purchased two sticks of 16 meg DDR4 RAM at 3200. If I take out the two 8-meg sticks and install the two 16 meg sticks, I get the blue screen "Windows encountered an error and needs to restart". Help

QuestionI have pressed the reset button however all that does is shut my computer off. I am also wondering how to change the rgb lights as well.

- Answer Yeah, pressing the reset button is the same as pressing the power button on this case. Not sure why they bothered putting it in. To change the rgb lights, go to the bios setup when booting up. there is an option there to change the colors and the light patterns.

QuestionHow do I change the colors of the RGB fans built in to the computer? I don't know if I'm supposed to download a software to change it or if there's something already installed on the computer I can use to change the light colors.

- Answer You can change the lights by hitting the smaller buttons towards the right of the start up button that is on top of the computer. you can change it to one color or keep pushing to make it glow multiple colors, hope this helps!
