“Why did my order come requiring me to connect internal hardware? I’ve never bougot a computer from best buy that required assembly. The assembly sheet it came with is horrific too. This is totally unacceptable.”

Not sure what you had to assemble. Just remove packing items make sure connections are ok. Maybe put on wifi antenna . I hard wired mine for internet.
