Right so the graphics card kind of overrides the output from the motherboard. So you either have to insert a cable into the graphics card or you can get a usb adapter that you just plug into a regular usb slot

This system should be able to support multiple monitors, however, please make sure all display cables are plugged directly into the graphics card. Unfortunately almost all Ryzen processors do not have on-board graphics so the HDMI port on the motherboard will not work.
