No, the front and rear USB-C ports are separate and connect to different controllers/headers. However, if both devices are high-speed storage drives, performance may be affected depending on how the motherboard shares bandwidth. For best results, connect high-speed SSDs to different types of ports (USB-C and USB-A or directly to the motherboard’s M.2/SATA slots).
