“How am I able to change the rgb on the fans? I can't seem to turn it off.”

You can control the RGB using the pre-installed software from CyberPowerPC or the motherboard’s RGB control software (often ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion, depending on the board). Some models also have a physical RGB button on the case.
