“I have purchased this computer for my son who plays primarily Fortnite. i purchased the HP25X monitor. My son wants to connect a second monitor (another HP25X) monitor to the system. Each monitor contains (2) HDMI ports. How can I do this?”

Thanks for reaching out NotSOTechSavyDad. If your video card only has one HDMI port, you will need to get a cable/adapter to either DVI or DisplayPort for your second monitor.
