• Yes, it is indeed backlit. It comes with RGB backlighting along with regular white backlighting. The keyboard isn't mechanical and the actual "rainbow effect" isn't like some other comp.'s . The rainbow effect is just switching from one color to another. I still like it but it's kinda a disappointment for me.
