“Does anyone know what FPS I’d get with this PC in a game like Fortnite? And would it be able to run a smooth twitch stream? I’m looking to upgrade to a PC for streaming and gaming and the price of this is reasonable”

Yes no problem. I used to have a Pc half as good and could YouTube stream while playing fortnite. This pc should be able to play and record on high setting with at least 100fps
