4 slots, I had 64 gig on it's way as was going to remove the two 8's but the 2080 ti only has 2 display ports and one HDMI so returning to store before my memory even arrives as I have 3 monitors and a VR headset and can't plug them all in.

Each slot will handle up to 16GB of ram which you will be able too max out to 64GB of ram in total. There will also be a 2nd PCI-E slot to add a 2nd graphics card and room to add a PCI-E sound card.
