“If I wanted to, could I switch out the 2070 for a 2080 Ti at a later date? I’ve heard the 2080 Ti’s are slightly bigger than the 2070’s, so just wanted to make sure. Also, would there be any way to add further storage at a later date if needed? Thanks!”

You should be able to upgrade to a RTX 2080Ti, however, please keep in mind that the RTX 2080Ti may need a power supply that supports 2 8-pin PCI-E power connectors, but it may on the model of the RTX 2080Ti.
