• You'll get a free upgrade to PS5, but there isn't a physical or digital release for PS5 yet. You can use the disc of the ps4 on the ps5 for now (as of Dec 18 2020)

• Yes you do . The ps5 edition will be out February so if you download it on your ps5 you will be playing the ps4 version just a heads up

• Supposedly, we are supposed to get a free next gen upgrade when we go to next gen console. Not sure if it will count as a second copy or if it will be a patch download update.
