• When i picked up my game on December 10th, they gave me the steelbook with the pickup. The only thing i can thin of why you might get something 3 weeks later is if they hadnt recieved it or it was out of stock and the order selected mail to you. I have noticed that on a few games that it will have the game available but bonus has to be mailed to you
