• If your game box say it has Xbox Smart Delivery then you will get the Next Gen version free whenever they decide to release it

• The later. It is not optimized for Xbox Series X. Best Buy has misleading info on optimization. That won't be available until 2021 at the earliest.

• It will run better and prettier on Series X BUT the fully optimized version will not be released until sometime next year.
