“Will this PC play the new game called Grip? A high speed racing/combat game. Without freezing or any glitches? I probably will not be playing a lot of other games. And Is it better to have a monitor with the same FPS as the PC? Thanks”

This Palladium system meets or exceeds not only the minimum, but also the recommended system requirements for Grip. As to the monitor, they aren't typically rated in FPS, but if we understand the intent of the question, a standard computer display should work well for you. However, for an even smoother, tear-free gaming experience, you may want to consider a monitor that supports NVIDIA G-SYNC, which the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 in the recommended Palladium also supports.
