• Yes you can buy a compatible graphics card for this unit and use any one of the PCI slots that are included in the motherboard (make sure it fits). Additionally when you buy the pc you get lifetime customer support if you have questions

• It's possible to insert a graphics card in this desktop, but the one I tried with didn't fit because the SATA cables are in a horrible spot. 0/10 would not recommend.
