QuestionWe have a bank of 6 ceiling cans that operate on a three pole switches set up at opposite sides of the room. I'd like to replace the current CFL floods in these cans with the C by GE BR30s. Will they work OK with the three pole switches?

- Answer Thanks for reaching out JC. These bulbs can replace existing flood lights and can be used in a 3 way switch setup just keep in mind of the maximum load wattage that your switches are rated for. -Cync Support Team

QuestionCan this BR30 bulb be used outside if it's under an overhang? The PAR38 outdoor bulb is too big for the light socket I have outside.

- Answer Hi Handimatt, we have several different types of wall switches available that work perfectly with these bulbs. If you search Cync switch on Best Buy you can find the various types that we have. We also have wire free switches that pair well with these bulbs and don't require any wiring. All of our switches pair to the Cync app and can be automated using our scenes functions. QuestionHow many bulbs can I connect to the app I have over 60 recessed cans? Assuming that I can will this interfere with my Wi-Fi in other words will it take up most of my bandwidth and slow down all my other electronics in my house. I have FiOS 1000g wifi.

There is a limit to 50 devices per location that you can add in our app. You can create multiple locations to add more devices, or we would like to suggest our Wired Smart Switches.
